HELP THOSE WHO ARE POOR, IN NEED AND SUFFERING IN MANY WAYS!

I was talking with a lady on the phone and she told me I want to help someone but the leader of my church told me NO to do it! In the back of my head I said to me really? How a leader of a religious group has the power to tell his members to help or not to help people in need? I was thinking what about it is Jesus who is asking for help through that person! So you refuse to help Jesus through that person just because your pastor or religious leader does not authorize you! I don't think that we need to ask someone authorization to help or not help someone who is in need. I think the best way to do it is to pray and to ask the Holy Spirit for enlightening our minds and to follow what the Holy Spirit is telling us to do it through our minds and hearts. In Matthew 6, 1-4 “Take heed that you do not do your charitable deeds before men, to be seen by them. Otherwise you have no reward from your Father in heaven. Therefore, when you do a charitable deed, do not sound a trumpet before you as the hypocrites do in the synagogues and in the streets, that they may have glory from men. Assuredly, I say to you, they have their reward. But when you do a charitable deed, do not let your left hand know what your right hand is doing, that your charitable deed may be in secret; and your Father who sees in secret will Himself reward you openly."

So pray and ask the Holy Spirit to enlighten you mind and your heart and help those who are poor, in need, suffering in many ways and do not way for any human authorization. To help other humans is our nature and it is a good thing and it is an act of love. So be merciful that God will be merciful with you. If you can do not lose the opportunity to help Jesus through someone who is suffering in many ways and is asking you for help.
